New to older electronics, I found myself buying older bridge analyzer like the EICO 950B bridge capacitance analyzer and once I restore it I plan to buy and tube radio to work on

Welcome nunu! Glad to have you. Don't hesitate to get that tube radio. The older electronic circuits are a lot of fun and there are plenty of helpful, knowledgeable people here that are only a mouse click away, should you need some help.
