Zenith T575W
Hi everybody, I'm new to this forum, this Zenith radio is my third old tube radio in my collection, the previous ones are a Sentinel and a Town Crier, both only needed outside restoration but this Zenith, even though is working, has a strong hum at any sound volume, my best guess is a problem with the electrolytic capacitor in the power supply, but before opening up the guts I wanted to have an expert opinion!
So here it is:
What could be the most probable cause for a constant hum coming from the speaker at any sound volume? The radio is working properly otherwise.
Thanks!
