Radiola 17 resistor values.

Post by Switcher on Fri Feb 20, 2009 11:15 pm

I need the values of the power divider resistor in the power suppy of the RCA Radiola 17.
These values are not published on any of the circuit Diagrams that I have seen.

I have seen these values published some where but cannot find them. They were possibly on ARF Which is down right now.
Can someone help please. The values for a Radiola 18 are different.

Thanks.

Thanks Don: That's one circuit Dia. that I've never seen.
A little different than others that are published.
Thank you very much

The diagram I have shows that to be a 'tapped resistance unit'. The values are: 1690; 205; 2140; 3750; 410. All in ohms. Hope this helps. This info came from the RCA Service Data Book, the 'red' book.

Well Switcher, you seem to have all bases covered now. I like the team work that our usual members seem to have here and at ARF. All good guys...

Thanks again guys. I had over 100 volts on the plate of the #27 tube, should only be 35 volts. One of the sections of the divider was open. Got what I need now.

Lots of help here.
